Madison Ave Condo

We completely renovated our clients condo by removing a wall and creating an open kitchen floor plan that flows into the living space yet esthetically ties into the design.  We completely refinished the flooring, added a drop ceiling for electrical, renovated the bathroom, and build a custom walk in closet in the master bedroom.

Carvi Hotel

We had the pleasure of renovating the Carvi hotel on 55th street in the Upper East Side of NYC.  We updated 40 guest rooms and did a full renovation of the lobby.

As you can see from the photos, there is a dramatic difference in the before and after photos.  We created an open kitchen floor plan from a closed off living room/kitchen design.  Since the wall was structural, we had to go in and reinforce the ceiling. The beautiful wood panel feature wall gives the living room an earthy feel and flows easily into the now open kitchen.  The floating island with kitchen range, storage drawers and stone counter top add a touch of elegance along but yet is still functional

Ipanema Restaurant

Gramercy Park Condo

This condo renovation we did in the heart of the historical Gramercy Park was both challenging and rewarding.  We did a bedroom renovation and converted a room into a walk in closet that anyone would dream for.  The pictures say it all.

Upper East Side Condo

Our client had very specific criteria on how she wanted her condo renovated.  First she wanted the living room to look like a boutique hotel, second she wanted the space to be multifunctional so she could entertain guests and clients but also use it as a home office, third she wanted the space to be earthy but yet still maintain that New York feel.  We renovated the living room and outdoor patio. You tell us if we nailed it based on these photos, we know that our client loved it.

Dog Room Club

We completely renovated an old computer service store on the Upper East Side of NYC and turned it into one of the most high end Dog Daycares in the city.  Located on the corner of 95th and Lexington it is now the go to spot for upper east siders with dogs.  The photos tell it all on this renovation.  

Park Slope Condo

Working with families is always a pleasure and a challenge that we love. We renovated the master bedroom which was very plain and outdated and turned it into a love den for the married couple.  The second room we did in this landmarked building was the kids room.  To maximize space we installed a murphy twin bed so that when the kids where not sleeping they had a ton more room to play on the floor.
